Job Duties & Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the company’s technology strategy in alignment with business objectives.
- Identify and implement emerging technologies to drive innovation and competitive advantage.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define and prioritize strategic initiatives.
- Oversee all aspects of technology development, including software engineering, infrastructure, cybersecurity, and data management.
- Ensure scalability, security, and reliability of technology platforms.
- Partner with the AI team to integrate artificial intelligence and machine learning into products, services, and operations.
- Support the development and deployment of AI-driven solutions.
- Manage vendor relationships and technology partnerships.
- Build and lead a high-performing technology team.
- Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Mentor and develop technical talent across the organization.
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, standards, and best practices.
- Establish and enforce IT policies, procedures, and controls.
- Develop and manage the technology budget.
- Optimize resource allocation to maximize ROI on technology investments.
- Other duties as assigned.
Knowledge & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, information technology, or related field.
- Master’s degree preferred.
- A minimum of 10 years’ progressive experience in technology leadership.
- A minimum of 5 years in a senior leadership role.
- Deep understanding of software development, cloud infrastructure, cybersecurity, and enterprise systems.
- Experience working with AI/ML technologies and data science teams.
- Strong strategic thinking, analytical skills, and business acumen.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management abilities.
- Visionary mindset with a bias for action.
- Passionate about solving real-world problems for customers.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Collaborative and inclusive leadership style.
