LeMans Corporation is seeking a Software Engineering Manager to lead a high‑performing team of D365 and .NET engineers. You’ll guide team strategy, support career growth, and ensure delivery of scalable, customer‑focused solutions that power our business.
What You’ll Do
- Lead, mentor, and develop software engineers
- Foster customer‑centric decision‑making
- Provide technical and professional coaching
- Collaborate with Technical Leads and Project Managers on priorities and staffing
- Keep engineering work aligned with customer needs
- Remove blockers and maintain team momentum
- Champion modern engineering practices (code reviews, CI/CD, version control)
- Balance workloads and encourage cross‑training
- Promote open, respectful communication and team health
- Conduct performance reviews and goal setting
- Communicate progress, risks, and KPIs
- Plan for future staffing and skill development
What You Bring
Core Skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent communication abilities
- Proven success building and sustaining high‑performing teams
Technical Experience
- Expertise in .NET
- Solid understanding of Agile delivery, CI/CD, and structured code reviews
- Experience coaching engineers and collaborating across teams
- Background with Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O (D365 F&O)
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree
- 4–6 years leading software engineering teams in a Microsoft‑focused environment
- Ability to travel up to 10%
