For our client, we are seeking a Director Of Engineering And Routing to join the team of a leader in the Enterprise Technology space. You’ll build and maintain systems that power mission-critical Enterprise Technology workflows. You’ll collaborate with product and peers to design clean, scalable solutions. This role values craftsmanship, impact, and ownership.
Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available
Compensation: $110,400 – $310,000 annually.
Responsibilities
- Define the technical and product vision for Routing Navigation
- Drive product-focused engineering execution with measurable customer impact
- Lead and grow a multi-team engineering organization
- Identify and incubate new product opportunities in routing space
- Champion operational excellence in routing services across critical fleets
Qualifications
- 10+ years of engineering experience with 5+ years in leadership roles
- Proven track record in architecting and scaling distributed systems
- Strong understanding of customer workflows and product strategy
- Experience driving operational excellence in SaaS environments
- Exceptional ability to connect technical architecture with business strategy
