Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Chief Technology Officer (CTO) located in Gurugram. The CTO will be responsible for overseeing the organization's technology strategy, ensuring seamless software development, and aligning IT infrastructure with business goals. Key responsibilities include developing & managing technology teams, driving innovation in product development, and building scalable and secure software architecture. The CTO will collaborate with various departments to achieve operational and strategic objectives through advanced technical solutions and innovations.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Software Development and Product Development in eCommerce domain.
- Proven ability in IT Strategy formulation and Systems Architecture design in eCommerce domain.
- Demonstrated experience in leading teams, Project Management, and delivering complex technological solutions on time and within budget.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment.
- Experience in managing technology within the retail, e-commerce, or fashion industries is a plus.
- Proficiency in emerging technologies and a knack for driving innovation.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
