Role Description
This is a part-time remote and equity based role for a Chief Technology Officer (CTO). The CTO will lead the technology strategy, oversee software and product development, and provide technical guidance across the organization. Additional responsibilities include managing IT projects, designing technology architectures, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to align technology solutions with business goals. The role involves driving innovation and ensuring the company's technical foundation supports its long-term growth and objectives.

- Strong background in IT Strategy and Architecture for defining technical roadmaps and ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Proficiency in Project Management to oversee technology initiatives, manage teams, and deliver projects efficiently.
- Proven leadership abilities with excellent decision-making skills, strategic thinking, and problem-solving capabilities.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; experience in the SaaS or technology startup industry is a strong plus.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively work in a remote environment.
