About the Role
We are looking for a visionary Technical Co-Founder/CTO to lead the development of our AI-driven digital health platform. You will be the architect of a system designed to tackle critical healthcare challenges, including medication adherence and side-effect management. As a founding member, you will transition from hands-on coding in the early stages to building and leading a world-class engineering team as we scale.
Key Responsibilities
- Product Development: Lead the end-to-end development of our MVP, including the AI engine, backend architecture, and mobile interface.
- Technical Strategy: Select the tech stack, manage cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP/Azure), and ensure data security/HIPAA compliance.
- AI Implementation: Integrate LLMs or machine learning models to provide personalized patient insights and real-time interaction monitoring.
- Leadership: As we secure funding, you will recruit, mentor, and manage a lean team of developers.
- Fundraising: Join the CEO in pitching to VCs and Angel investors, serving as the technical authority for the company.
Required Experience
- Full-Stack Mastery: Extensive experience in modern frameworks (e.g., React Native/Flutter for mobile, Node.js/Python for backend).
- Healthcare Domain Expertise: Proven track record building HealthTech or MedTech platforms, with a deep understanding of medical data privacy standards.
- AI/ML Integration: Hands-on experience implementing AI-driven features (NLP, predictive analytics, or recommendation engines).
- Startup DNA: You are comfortable with ambiguity, rapid prototyping, and the "founder's hustle."
Compensation
- Significant Equity Stake: This is a co-founder role with a high-upside equity package.
