Must-haves
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field; Master’s preferred.
- 7+ years in software development, including 3+ years of team leadership experience.
- Needs to have some experience building out web platforms in the digital engineering space
- In other words, Web Portal Development Experience
- Must have experience within Wealth Management / Banking / Financial Services
- Expertise in Salesforce Experience Cloud
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with diverse stakeholders.
Plusses
- Sitecore XM or cloud storage solutions experience (Other CMS could work)
- Experience with CDN technologies (Akamai) and video platforms – could be any CDN Technologies
- Digital Platform Delivery Experience
- Experience in OTT platforms and personalized content delivery systems.
- Knowledge of advanced analytics tools like Power BI and AI-driven platforms such as Salesforce Personalization.
- Experience at one of the big financial services firms

- Lead a team of engineers in developing the clients omnichannel platforms, including client portals, corporate websites, and OTT solutions.
- Collaborate with Product, Architecture, and Marketing teams to align technology solutions with business goals.
- Drive the implementation of platform components such as Salesforce Experience Cloud
- Ensure the platform achieves scalability for 100K+ concurrent users while delivering a high-quality user experience.
- Oversee the integration of Akamai CDN.
- Champion agile development practices and foster a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, GLPA) and internal security protocols.
