Position: Software Development Manager
Location: Vancouver, WA (4 Days On-site, 1 Remote).
Permanent/Full Time Opportunity
20% Bonus offered on top of total compensation as well as opportunity for RSU's.
Required Skills:
- 4+ years of experience of Software Development Management, experience managing software developers in .NET or Java technology stacks.
- Experience working in an Agile environment, understanding Scrum and SDLC
- Experience working in an Azure environment
- Ability to be on-site 4 days per week.
- Ability to be tacticle and hands on when needed.
Plusses:
- Experience working with offshore teams, India preferred/Developers preferred.
- Azure DevOPs - Manage resource planning
- PEO or HRIS industry experience.
Day to Day:
A client in Vancouver, WA area is looking for a Software Development Manager to join their team. This position is a full-time direct hire position that will be 4 days onsite and 1 day remote where you will have the opportunity to build out and hire your team which will consist of 3-5 developers to start.
