What You’ll Own
- Technology Strategy & Vision – Define and execute a tech roadmap aligned with business and product strategy.
- Team Leadership & Culture – Build, mentor, and inspire a world-class technology team across multiple locations and time zones.
- Product & Platform Oversight – Oversee architecture, development, deployment, and scalability of core software and systems.
- Innovation & Emerging Tech – Evaluate and implement AI and automation technologies to maintain competitive advantage.
- Stakeholder Collaboration – Work closely with executives, board members, and product teams to drive measurable business value.
- Governance & Compliance – Ensure security, reliability, and adherence to standards such as ISO27001.

- 10+ years in senior technology leadership roles with a proven track record of managing high-performing teams.
- Deep expertise in software development, systems architecture, and IT operations.
- Experience scaling technology in multi-location, high-growth SaaS businesses.
- Strong commercial acumen, with the ability to align technology initiatives with business outcomes.
