Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Director of Engineering at HostGPO. The Director of Engineering will lead and manage the engineering team to deliver high-quality software solutions. Responsibilities include overseeing software development projects, managing system integrations, and ensuring the alignment of engineering goals with the company’s overall strategy. The candidate will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to prioritize and execute on key technical projects, fostering innovation and scalable solutions.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in Engineering Management and Team Leadership
- Strong Software Development background with the ability to guide technical architecture and coding best practices
- Proficiency in Project Management and the ability to manage timelines, execution, and delivery
- Experience with implementing and managing Integration of systems, platforms, and APIs
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and a solution-focused approach
- Experience working with remote teams and demonstrated success in fostering collaboration
- Bachelor's or advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field
- Familiarity with the vacation rental or hospitality industry is a plus
