Here is what you will be doing each day:
- Troubleshoot and repair malfunctions in mechanical or electrical systems (e.g., HVAC, plumbing) and other equipment throughout the hotel.
- Perform preventative maintenance assignments on a scheduled basis.
- Maintain the building exterior and "curb appeal" (e.g., snow removal, lawn care, painting, and gardening).
- Maintain franchise standards and follow-up on inspection deficiencies.
- Implements and maintains Crescent’s preventative maintenance program
- Assist General Manager with annual Capital Plan development.
- Coordinate compliance of service contracts.
- Perform any other job related duties as assigned.

You have experience and a passion for providing our guests with excellent customer service. At least one year in any customer service field.
