Software Development Manager

Location: Western Chicago Suburbs

Responsibilities:

Lead a team of developers that are responsible for building consumer facing websites that will focus on e-business / e-commerce.

Requirements:

  • At least 3 years managing highly skilled .NET software engineers.
  • Experience managing highly secure, time sensitive, 24X7 software projects.
  • At least 7 years hands-on professional experience in Microsoft Technologies specifically the .NET Framework with at least 5 years in C#.
  • Complete n-tier, Enterprise-level, SDLC Experience using .NET & SQL Server.
  • Proven track record of effectively delivering timely results in a fast paced, flexible environment while managing multiple priorities.
  • Excellent planning and prioritizing skills and a demonstrated ability to multi-task.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to mentor/lead personnel.
  • MUST HAVE .NET development experience!

Required Education:

Bachelor’s degree with a technical emphasis or equivalent experience
