This role offers the chance to lead a high-performing team in designing and building scalable enterprise applications, shaping the future of security through the industry-leading CCURE IQ platform. You'll blend technical leadership with people management, fostering innovation and continuous improvement in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage, mentor, and grow a team of .NET developers
- Guide architecture and design decisions for .NET-based applications
- Collaborate with Product Managers, Designers, and QA to deliver features on time
- Drive continuous improvement in development processes and tooling, championing DevOps and CI/CD pipelines
- Balance hands-on .NET development with mentoring and managing a high-performing engineering team
What You'll Need
- 10+ years of experience in software development, with 3+ years in a lead role
- Strong expertise in C#, ASP.NET Core, .NET Framework, and related technologies
- Experience with developing scalable multi-threaded and multi-process solutions that are highly available
- Familiarity with Enterprise IT environments including MS SQL Server and EntraID
- Solid understanding of Agile methodologies and a track record of delivering secure, tested solutions
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills across engineering, product, and external partners
