The Role
- Lead a cross-functional team of software developers, security engineers, and data scientists
- Innovate and solve complex security challenges at massive scale
- Set measurable goals for team delivery and orchestrate strategy
- Drive roadmap planning and project execution scheduling
- Build services that proactively protect AWS customers from security threats
What You'll Need
- 3+ years of engineering team management experience
- 7+ years working directly within engineering teams
- 3+ years designing or architecting new and existing systems
- 8+ years leading the definition and development of multi-tier web services
- Knowledge of the full software development life cycle, including coding standards, reviews, testing, and operations
- Experience partnering with product or program management teams
