The Role
- Lead and oversee software engineering processes and teams, ensuring secure, high-quality, and scalable software delivery.

What You'll Need
- 6+ years of experience in software design and development, with 1+ year in a management or lead role.
- Strong expertise in Java (6+ years) and building/deploying applications in AWS (4+ years).
- Proven experience in middleware/backend/API development (4+ years).
- A Bachelor's degree in a related discipline or equivalent practical experience.
- Authorization to work in the United States without current or future sponsorship.
