We are working with a leading consultancy in the commercial sales arena, dedicated to supporting businesses and retailers across the UK. This rapidly growing organisation is in the process of bringing its development function in-house and is seeking an experienced leader to drive this initiative forward.
The Role
- Lead and manage a team of software developers in a fast-paced environment
- Oversee the full software development lifecycle, from conception to deployment
- Implement and maintain best practices for code quality, testing, and deployment
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project requirements and deliver high-quality solutions
- Drive innovation and continuous improvement within the development team
What You'll Need
- Proven experience as a Software Development Manager or similar leadership role
- Strong background in software development, with a good understanding of .NET technologies
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to mentor and develop team members
- Experience working in an Agile development environment
