Job Title: Software Development Manager
As a Software Development Manager, you will lead the Global Content Delivery team. Ideally, having previous experience of working in Financial Services.
This is a "Player/Coach" role, where you will both lead and contribute hands-on to the overall success of the team.
Responsibilities
The Software Development Manager will be responsible for transforming and optimising the delivery of software applications and data solutions, leading a highly motivated team to build innovative, scalable, and resilient software and data solutions that empower the organisation.
- Manage partnerships with business leaders, stakeholders, and IT to develop and promote content delivery data solutions.
- Translate stakeholder needs into technical solutions.
- Impact the product, architecture, software design, and engineering as a player coach.
- Focus on intuitive front-end creation, robust backend frameworks, and strong data design.
- Lead a globally dispersed team.
Experience Required
- Experience with AWS, Databricks, DBT, PySpark, React, JavaScript, Terraform.
- Experience with AI/ML/Gen AI/LLM.
