Minimum Qualifications
- 15 years of experience in software engineering.
- 10 years of experience in SSD storage domain or technologies directly related to storage.
Preferred Qualifications
- Master's degree or PhD in Computer Science or a related field.
- Experience with Google Cloud platform or any other major cloud provider.
- Experience with SSD technology, NVME protocol, and storage offloads in general.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $307,000-$427,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities
- Be responsible for delivering the overall strategy, technical roadmap, execution and support of SSD based storage infrastructure for all GCE instances.
- Drive the roadmap, and oversee the smooth execution and delivery of storage-optimized instance family of products and related business outcomes.
- Own and drive storage offloads strategy and roadmap, as well as its execution across several teams across Google.
- Engage with and support the global customer base for both storage-optimized instances, as well as any other instances with SSDs attached.
- Manage, grow, and deliver through a geographically distributed team.
