Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid Chief Technology Officer (CTO) role in Toronto, ON, with the option to work part-time from home. The CTO will oversee the organization's technology needs and drive innovation by leading strategy, architecture, and development. Key responsibilities include managing software initiatives, designing IT strategies aligned with business goals, guiding product development, and leading cross-functional teams. The role ensures that technology supports operational and business objectives while maintaining security, usability, and scalability. As CTO, you will own the complete technology strategy, play a key role in accelerating growth, promote engineering excellence, enhance product delivery, and build a forward-thinking, AI-empowered technical organization. You will collaborate with the executive team to translate business priorities into scalable tech outcomes.
