Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Director of Engineering. - Strong skills in Engineering Management and Team Leadership, with a proven ability to inspire and guide diverse teams
- Expertise in Software Development and Integration to ensure the successful delivery of technical solutions
- Proficiency in Project Management, with an emphasis on meeting deadlines and maintaining high quality
- Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and strategic planning abilities
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or an equivalent technical field
- Experience leading distributed or remote engineering teams is a plus
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate across various departments
