CTO & Co-Founder – Agentic AI (Voice) | Equity-Based (No / Minimal Cash Initially)

Frodr AI is building autonomous Agentic AI voice agents that sell, support, and scale like human professionals—and we’re looking for a CTO & co-founder to build the brain behind it.

We’re looking for a hands-on CTO & Co-Founder to build:

Real-time voice-to-voice AI systems (STT → LLM → TTS).
Agentic AI frameworks with memory, reasoning & goal completion.
Scalable AI infrastructure for high-volume voice interactions.

Must have:

Strong experience with LLMs, Agentic AI, Voice AI, Python & cloud
Bengaluru-based (other co-founders are based here)
Founder mindset, ownership, 0→1 builder

Compensation:

Co-founder equity-based role (minimal/no cash initially)
