We're seeking an outstanding and passionate Software Engineering Manager to join our growing R&D team.

What you'll do:
- Manage a product engineering team delivering customer value at scale
- Lead and mentor a team of talented and experienced engineers
- Own a material part of the Finalop's system - its vision, delivery, and business impact
- Be a key player in the product engineering leadership, shaping our culture and standards as we grow rapidly
- Liaise with product managers, designers, and peer development teams to deliver high-quality capabilities to our customers
- Experiment with and explore new technologies, tools, and methodologies to deliver state-of-the-art technology solutions to the market
Tech stack: AWS Serverless, Kubernetes, NodeJS, Typescript, React, GraphQL, Postgres, Snowflake.
What you'll bring:
- 5+ years of development experience leading significant software delivery at scale
- Excellent leadership, communication, and execution skills
- Strong understanding and hands-on experience in backend technologies and architecture
- 2+ years experience in building and growing an R&D team
- Hands-on experience with SaaS architecture and distributed systems
- Ability to carry requirements from the early phase to full implementation
- Passion for learning new technologies and applying them to make a difference
- Fluent in English, both written and verbal

- Frontend development experience and understanding
- Experience working in a dynamic startup company
- DevOps and infra-oriented experience
