Job Summary
A leading nationwide law firm is seeking a forward-thinking Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to oversee firmwide technology strategy, infrastructure, and security from its Miami headquarters. The CTO will guide all IT functions, align technology initiatives with business goals, and drive innovation to enhance efficiency, compliance, and client service across multiple offices.
Responsibilities
- Lead and implement the firm’s technology vision and strategic roadmap.
- Oversee firmwide IT infrastructure, security, and system operations.
- Direct cybersecurity programs, risk management, and data protection.
- Manage IT budgets, vendors, and enterprise-level projects.
- Supervise and mentor IT managers and technical teams nationwide.
- Partner with leadership to identify and deploy technology that advances business goals and client service.
Requirements
- IT background in a law firm required.
- 7+ years of progressive IT leadership experience, including 3+ years in a senior management role.
- Strong understanding of Microsoft environments (Office 365, Azure AD) and legal software (iManage, NetDocuments, Elite 3E, etc.).
- Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field required; advanced degree or certifications (CISSP, PMP, etc.) preferred.
