The business now sits at a defining inflection point. With accelerating ARR growth, increasing customer sophistication, and expanding global deployments, the company is doubling down on its core strength: an AI-powered platform that combines large-scale data engineering, applied machine learning, and cybersecurity intelligence to drive faster, more informed decision-making across enterprise environments.
AI is not an experiment here — it is the intelligence layer of the platform itself. Machine learning underpins detection, correlation, prioritisation, and continuous adaptation across dynamic enterprise infrastructures.
To lead the next chapter of growth, the company is now appointing a Chief Technology Officer, relocating to India, to scale the platform, the architecture, and the engineering organisation in line with its commercial ambition.
The Opportunity
As Chief Technology Officer, you will take ownership of the technical foundations of a business already operating at enterprise scale - and prepare them for what comes next.
This is a build-and-scale mandate: strengthening architecture, industrialising AI capabilities, and evolving engineering operations to support materially larger revenue, customer, and global deployment complexity.
Based in India and reporting directly to the CEO, you will play a central role in shaping long-term enterprise value - ensuring technology strategy is tightly aligned with ARR growth, customer expansion, and competitive differentiation.
You will operate at the intersection of technology leadership, commercial impact, and executive influence, acting as both the internal driver of technical excellence and the external face of technical credibility with enterprise clients and investors.
Relocation support is available for candidates moving from outside India.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and evolve the long-term technical vision and enterprise-grade architecture of the platform
- Ensure scalability, security, resilience, and performance at Fortune 500 standards
- Lead the industrialisation of AI and machine learning capabilities embedded within the product
- Establish robust MLOps frameworks covering deployment, monitoring, retraining, and governance
- Balance innovation velocity with system stability in a high-growth enterprise environment
- Scale and mentor a high-performing engineering and data science organisation in India
- Embed strong DevOps, infrastructure-as-code, and operational governance practices
- Reduce enterprise client time-to-value through efficient onboarding and data integration
- Partner with Product, Commercial, and Client teams to directly support ARR expansion
- Represent the company’s technology strategy with enterprise customers, partners, and investors
Candidate Profile
We are seeking a senior technology leader who combines architectural depth, AI fluency, and experience scaling enterprise platforms, and who is open to relocating to India.
The successful candidate will bring:
- Senior technical leadership experience (CTO, VP Engineering, Chief Architect, or equivalent)
- A proven track record scaling cloud-native, distributed systems in high-volume data environments
- Demonstrated experience embedding AI/ML into live, production enterprise platforms
- Experience supporting large, complex customers, ideally including Fortune 500 organisations
- Experience leading and scaling engineering organisations, including globally distributed teams
- Strong commercial acumen and the ability to align technology decisions with ARR growth
- Executive-level communication skills and credibility at board and investor level
