Role Description
The Vice President of Engineering will lead CytoCync’s engineering team, driving product and software development projects while ensuring high-quality deliverables. As a leader, you will manage engineering teams, oversee project timelines and budgets, and contribute to strategic planning to align solutions with business goals. This contract role offers the opportunity to work remotely.

- Strong background in Software Development and Product Development to oversee creation and optimization of technological solutions.
- Experience in Project Management to handle budgets, timelines, and resource allocation effectively.
- Exceptional communication and collaboration skills for cross-functional teamwork and strategic planning.
- Experience with innovative technology applications in biotech or healthtech industries is a plus.
- Advanced degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field is preferred.
