Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Gurugram for a Chief Technology Officer (CTO). The CTO will be responsible for overseeing the technical and strategic direction of the company and managing end-to-end product development processes. This role involves designing and implementing innovative IT strategies, creating scalable system architectures, and supervising project management efforts. The CTO will collaborate closely with executives and stakeholders to drive technological advancements that align with company goals.

- Strong background in IT Strategy and Architecture to guide technology decisions and align them with business goals
- Experience in Project Management to lead and deliver high-quality projects within deadlines
- Proficient skills in Product Development, fostering innovation in feature creation and enhancements
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across technical and non-technical teams
- Prior experience with AI-powered platforms and contract management tools is a strong advantage
- Bachelor's or advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
