Technical Co-Founder / CTO — Capital OS
Capital OS is a live SaaS fundraising platform helping startup founders manage an institutional-grade capital raise. The platform includes an investor CRM, data room, AI-drafted investor updates, raise analytics, financial metrics, and workflow automation.
The product is live, generating revenue, and built from the experience behind PitchNode, a Chicago-based investor relations firm with 4.5 years of work supporting founders and $100M+ in completed financings.
We’re looking for a technical co-founder / CTO to own the next stage of the product. The main priority is migrating Capital OS off Base44 into a fully owned production codebase using React, Node.js, and Supabase, while building the technical foundation for a scalable SaaS company.
What you’ll do
- Own the full codebase, architecture, and technical roadmap
- Migrate the platform into a production-grade codebase
- Set up CI/CD, testing, deployment, and documentation
- Build core features across CRM, data room, billing, analytics, AI workflows, and investor curation
- Improve platform security, reliability, and scalability
- Work directly with users to turn feedback into product decisions
- Help recruit and lead engineers as the company grows
What we’re looking for
- Strong full-stack engineering experience
- Comfortable with React, Node.js, Supabase/Postgres, APIs, auth, billing, and cloud infrastructure
- Product-minded and comfortable making decisions with incomplete information
- Interested in AI, workflow automation, fundraising, startups, and B2B SaaS
- Strong communicator with founder-level ownership
- Able to move fast, stay practical, and build for real users
Compensation
This is a co-founder-level opportunity. Capital OS is already live and generating revenue, so equity will reflect current stage, commitment, experience, and contribution.
- Expected equity range: 10%–30%
- Vesting: 4 years with a 1-year cliff
- Cash: equity-only at this stage
- Test project: paid technical test project before formal co-founder agreement
We’ve built something real. Now we’re looking for the right technical partner to help turn Capital OS into the default fundraising infrastructure for founders.
