Role Description
This is a full-time role for a Chief Technology Officer at Bultuhan.com, based in Cavite with the flexibility of a hybrid work model. The CTO will lead the technology vision and strategy, oversee the development of scalable and compliant software solutions, and manage cross-functional technical teams. Key responsibilities include defining and executing IT strategies, ensuring system architecture aligns with business goals, overseeing technical project management, and driving innovative product development. The CTO will also provide thought leadership by staying ahead of emerging technology trends and ensuring the organization remains at the forefront of the digital procurement industry.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Software Development and Architecture
- Proven experience in Project Management, including leading cross-functional technical teams
- Comprehensive knowledge of IT Strategy and system infrastructure design
- Experience in Product Development and creating innovative technical solutions
- Strategic and analytical thinking to align technology with business goals
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Experience in procurement systems, B2B platforms, or digital infrastructure is advantageous
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
