THE COMPANY

Their AI-powered solutions in speech recognition, ambient listening, and clinical coding help reduce clinician burnout, accelerate documentation accuracy, and free up valuable time for patient care. With decades of experience and a strong footprint in UK healthcare, they continue to innovate at scale, combining clinical credibility with real-world impact. Due to continued growth, they are now hiring a high-calibre Senior Sales Executive to lead new business development across the Midlands and North of England.

THE ROLE

Working remotely with regular UK travel (approx. 50%), you will be responsible for selling complex, high-value AI software solutions into NHS Trusts. This is a pure new business role; new logo sales role focused on multi-stakeholder deals averaging £500k+. You will be targeting C-suite buyers, including CIOs, CFOs, CMIOs, CCIOs, and Digital Health leadership. This is a strategic hunter position, requiring someone who thrives in long sales cycles, is confident with complex NHS procurement environments, and has a credible, consultative approach to solution sales. You'll be supported by a strong technical and delivery team and will report directly to a senior commercial leader within the business.

EXPERIENCE

Based in the UK and with a proven track record in new business sales to the NHS, you will have several years' experience in a closing role, selling digital, software, or AI-driven solutions into NHS Trusts. You should have strong stakeholder mapping skills and the ability to open and close complex deals at board level. Prior experience in AI, clinical coding, ambient listening or speech recognition technologies will be a distinct advantage but is not essential for candidates with outstanding NHS sales credentials and a strong hunter mentality.

The Package for Business Development Manager

  • Basic: £80,000 - £100,000 depending on experience.
  • Commission: Uncapped bonus, realistic £30k OTE
  • Benefits: 25 days holiday, 12% company pension, car or car allowance, healthcare, laptop, mobile, expenses
