About BlueChip
We are building the platform for hardcore fantasy football players. BlueChip is the first fantasy app built specifically for College Fantasy Football, Devy, and Campus-to-Canton (C2C) leagues. We don't merely tolerate these leagues, we champion them. Our mission is to bring college fantasy football into the mainstream and provide a premium user experience for fantasy players who love this stuff the most.
What We’ve Built So Far
We don't need someone to build the platform from the ground up, we are looking for someone to take us from 90% → 100% and be a technical leader as we scale.
Here’s what’s already done:
- Built a web app complete with core features
- Designed and implemented full database architecture
- Implemented multi-level cache strategy
- Built solid foundation of mobile app in React Native
- Already at 340+ signups with no marketing (users WANT THIS)
- Active Discord community with top content creators in the space
What We're Looking For
Required
- A passion for fantasy football. This is non-negotiable.
- Belief in what we are building.
- True startup mentality. This is going to be hard work and there are no guarantees. We need someone that can match our efforts while understanding that startups are a long game.
- Strong backend fundamentals (Node, SQL/Postgres, Redis, architectural design)
- Experience with real-time systems
Bonus Points
- React Native or mobile experience is a huge plus
- Startup/zero-to-one experience
