Salary: 130k- 140k w/ quarterly bonus, 70% employee medical coverage & unlimited PTO
About the Role:
Due to consistent YOY annual growth, company is seeking a Director of Engineering to lead technical execution from concept through production readiness for acoustic panel manufacturing business. This role will require leadership across engineering, drafting, pre-production documentation, and quality—ensuring what is sold can be built accurately, repeatably, and on schedule (5 direct reports). Plant has 50 employees for a Mon-Fri Operation.
This is a leadership-first role with hands-on technical involvement, focused on building systems, setting standards, and developing people—not inventing new product lines.
Qualifications
- 7+ years of engineering leadership experience in manufacturing or made-to-order environments
- Demonstrated success leading teams and building repeatable engineering processes
- CAD proficiency (AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or similar)
