AveryBit is hiring a Technical Project Manager who owns delivery end-to-end and understands code well enough to review it, challenge decisions, and support developers effectively. This role is for someone who can bridge business requirements and technical execution.
What You’ll Do
- Own project planning, execution, and delivery
- Translate business requirements into clear technical tasks
- Review code at a high level and understand implementation challenges
- Communicate confidently with clients on technical topics
- Coordinate developers, designers, and QA teams
- Identify risks early and remove blockers proactively
What We’re Looking For
- 4–6 years managing software projects
- Hands-on coding background (past or present) in web or mobile development
- Ability to review code and understand architecture decisions
- Strong understanding of SDLC and Agile/Scrum
- Experience handling multiple projects
- Comfortable with tools like Jira, Zoho, ClickUp, Trello
- Strong ownership and communication skills
Good to Have
- Prior experience as a Developer / Tech Lead turned PM
- Experience working with international clients
