The team connects the systems that move products from factory to customer — bridging sales platforms with the operational infrastructure that keeps Apple running at scale and ensuring Apple's technology and business priorities move in lockstep.
As part of the Supply Chain Innovation team, you will help build platforms that power Apple’s global supply chain, across demand planning, supply planning, allocation, and product distribution at scale.

As an Engineering Manager, you will lead a team of highly skilled engineers and collaborate closely with product managers, business stakeholders, and cross-functional engineering teams to deliver reliable, scalable solutions. We are seeking a thoughtful and driven leader with strong technical depth and a commitment to operational excellence. In this role, you will foster a culture of collaboration, challenge ideas constructively, and guide your team in delivering high-quality outcomes. You will also partner with leadership to shape and execute a long-term strategic vision that advances Apple’s supply chain capabilities.
Minimum Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience building end to end scalable enterprise software systems
- 3–5 years of engineering management experience leading teams and driving delivery
- Strong expertise in data engineering, compute/database systems, and modern web development
- Proven experience delivering AI-powered solutions at scale
- B.S. or M.S. in Computer Science, or equivalent experience
Preferred Qualifications
- Passion for problem-solving, innovation, and emerging technologies
- Experience working in supply chain or enterprise business systems
- Experience building modern web applications using React, TypeScript, Python, Django, FastAPI, and Docker
- Strong expertise in designing and working with relational, non-relational, and graph database systems at scale
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts, trade-offs, and impact to diverse audiences, including senior leadership
- Strong commitment to mentoring engineers and fostering a culture of learning and growth
