Group Chief Technology Officer (CTO)
Location: South India (Chennai – with travel between Chetpet and Velappanchavadi locations as required)
Experience: 10+ years in IT leadership roles (minimum 5 years in senior leadership/CTO capacity)
Healthcare majorly hospitals 100 bed +
Qualification: M.Sc. / B.Tech. in Information Technology (Mandatory) PG Mandatory
Up to ₹30 LPA (including 10% variable pay).
Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute the group’s overall technology strategy aligned with business goals.
- Lead and manage technology operations across multiple units and locations.
- Ensure robust hardware, networking, and infrastructure management.
- Drive Oracle-based solutions implementation, optimization, and integration (mandatory skill).
- Provide leadership for digital transformation, data security, and compliance initiatives.
- Oversee IT budgets, vendor management, and cost optimization.
- Mentor and develop technology teams to ensure high performance.
- Travel between Chetpet and Velappanchavadi locations as required for operational and strategic needs.
Key Skills & Competencies
- Strong technical expertise in Oracle technologies.
- Proven experience in hardware and networking domain.
- Strategic leadership with ability to influence at group level.
- Excellent communication skills (Telugu / Tamil preferred).
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making abilities.
