Exciting Opportunity for a Founding/Cofounder Position: Be a CTO Entrepreneur!
Alteam is a London-based product and hiring consultancy. We build AI-native delivery teams for post-seed SaaS founders through Augment, our flagship fixed-retainer model, and operate using our proprietary OS. We are looking for the right person to co-lead the business as Founding Partner and CTO, taking it to the next level. It's a high-profit / potential 3-4 exit down the road.
This is not a head of engineering role. It is a cofounder position with meaningful equity, dividends, and the opportunity to help shape and scale something from the ground up.
What the Role Involves
You will lead all technical initiatives at Alteam, manage a large developer community, negotiate service contracts directly with CEOs and CTOs, and continue building out our AI Talent OS platform with new features and integrations over time. You will also be a key part of our commercial growth, so you'll bring your own client relationships from day one.
If you work as an independent CTO (fractional or freelance) or come from an agency/consultancy, we expect you to bring in clients from day 1.
Who We Are Looking For
At least 7 years of experience, but skills and mindset matter far more than tenure. You are someone who leads architecture and still opens PRs. You are already building with LLMs, not just reading about them.

You have the credibility to earn the trust of engineering leaders on day one. You can build a pipeline, close a deal, and inspire a developer community. You take ownership without being asked.
