Role Description
This is a full-time remote position for a Chief Technology Officer (CTO). The CTO will lead Alimun's technological vision and strategy by overseeing the development and implementation of cutting-edge technology solutions. Responsibilities include managing software development, defining and executing IT strategies, improving system architecture, leading product development initiatives, and directing technical projects. The CTO will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the alignment of technology goals with overall business objectives.

- Experience with IT Strategy and system Architecture to align technology with business goals
- Strong Project Management skills to lead teams and ensure the timely delivery of technical projects
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills to collaborate across diverse teams and stakeholders
- Ability to thrive in a remote work environment and foster a positive, collaborative culture
- Experience with EdTech platforms and emerging markets is an advantage
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
