Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role based in Glasgow, with flexibility for remote work. As the Chief Technology Officer (CTO) at AI Twin, you will lead the company’s technology strategy, guide the development of scalable digital solutions, and ensure secure, privacy-focused systems. Key responsibilities include overseeing engineering teams, driving innovation in AI and machine learning, ensuring seamless integration with major platforms like Microsoft Copilot and Google Gemini, and maintaining a secure and efficient infrastructure. You will play a critical role in defining the technical vision and driving its execution to achieve business goals.
Qualifications
- Expertise in software development, cloud infrastructure, and system architecture
- In-depth knowledge of AI technologies, machine learning, and digital twin development
- Proven leadership experience in managing and scaling engineering teams
- Strong skills in data privacy, cybersecurity, and compliance with regulatory standards
- Experience with workflow design and integration with platforms like Microsoft Copilot and Google Gemini
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to align technical goals with business objectives
- Prior experience in a senior leadership role within a technology-focused organization is highly desirable
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; an MBA or equivalent is a plus
