- Ensure system architecture aligns with product requirements, reliability standards and long-term business objectives.
- Drive cross-functional collaboration between product, engineering, operations and commercial teams.
- Evaluate and integrate new manufacturing technologies and processes into the product portfolio.
- Set engineering standards, processes and KPIs to ensure high-quality output and efficient project delivery.
- Support strategic business decisions, including partnerships, technical investments and product direction.
- Act as the technical voice of the company to both internal stakeholders and external partners.
- Create an innovation culture that encourages problem-solving, experimentation and continuous improvement.
ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE
- Senior leadership experience within additive manufacturing, machine building, robotics, industrial automation or similar high-tech engineering environments.
- Proven track record in developing complex electromechanical systems (hardware, software, electronics).
- Strong engineering foundation in electronics, mechatronics or mechanical engineering.
- Experience leading multidisciplinary engineering teams.
- Background in owning full product life cycles from R&D to market launch.
- Ability to define long-term engineering strategy while remaining technically hands-on when needed.
- Experience working in scaling organisations or high-growth technology environments.
- Understanding of 3D printing technologies (FDM/SLA/SLS or similar), system architecture and material interactions.
- Strong decision-making capability across both engineering and commercial contexts.
- Comfortable relocating to Poland and working on-site with engineering teams.
